Amir Khan is backing Hamzah Sheeraz to achieve plenty in boxing after the impressive middleweight dazzled on the Anthony Joshua vs. Daniel Dubois undercard.
Sheeraz wasted no time hurting Tyler Denny as he dropped his opponent in the opening round before ending the bout in the next session.
Sheeraz has been guided brilliantly by Hall of Fame promoter, Frank Warren, and he continues to be linked to major fights.
Chris Eubank Jr is one potential option, with Sheeraz having spoken about welcoming such a test, and Khan, a former world champion, believes that he can reach the top.
"He is a very good fighter and as long as he stays focused, he will get far," said Khan when speaking to Sky Sports News at the 2024 Asian Achievers Awards.
"My uncle Taz also joined Hamza's camp and is helping him, and I wish them all the very best. Hamzah is a young and fresh fighter, who I think will go far."
