Andy Ruiz wants the top names.

Andy Ruiz is focusing on the biggest names in the heavyweight division if he fails to secure a lucrative showdown with Deontay Wilder.

Ruiz shocked the world in 2019 when he stopped Anthony Joshua to become world champion, but he lost his belts in an immediate rematch six month later when he was outpointed by the Brit.

Since his two-fight series with Joshua, Ruiz has only fought twice with wins against Chris Arreola and Luis Ortiz, but he’s eager to test himself at the business end of the division once more.

A bout with Wilder has long been speculated but with official confirmation nowhere in sight, Ruiz has other targets in mind.

“I would like to face Usyk, I would like to face Tyson Fury and I would like to face Anthony Joshua, we could do the trilogy,” said Ruiz when speaking to Make a Move

“That’s something that makes me want to cry. In the rematch with Anthony Joshua, I didn’t do nothing right, I didn’t train. How did I last the twelve rounds? That was for him to knock me out easy.

“This time when I do get the crown and become heavyweight champion of the world again, I’m going to do everything right and stay champion.”
