A big fight is fast approaching.

Anthony Cacace is confident his power can be a big factor when he clashes with Josh Warrington later this month.

Cacace makes the first defence of his super-featherweight world title after becoming champion with an impressive stoppage over Joe Cordina earlier this year.

Warrington, a former world ruler at featherweight, is eager to grab glory in a new weight class as he looks to rebuild following a loss to Leigh Wood in 2023.

The Leeds man is vastly experienced, but Cacace is promising to make an impact when they meet on September 21, live on DAZN, at Wembley Stadium.

“I don’t know how he feels about the power, but I know that I’m heavy-handed,” said Cacace when speaking to Queensberry

“Probably one of the heaviest in the division. Josh will have to respect it because he’s going to be feeling it in a couple of weeks’ time.

“I’m at the stage of my career where I’ll die in there trying to win this fight. Josh is confident and he’s never been beaten by an Irish fighter. Maybe this is his first time."
