Anthony Joshua vs. Daniel Dubois: What will Liam Gallagher play at Wembley Stadium?DAZN
The Oasis frontman will play a short set ahead of the blockbuster battle.

Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois will be joined by Liam Gallagher on the card of their all-British bout at Wembley Stadium this weekend, live on DAZN

Fresh from the news that the singer will reunite with brother Noel Gallagher after more than a decade-and-a-half to revie Oasis, he will be a special guest at the massive fight.

Gallagher is due to help warm up the crowd with a short set of familiar favourites, including songs that are part of the British national consciousness - but just what could he play?

Here, we break down just what Liam Gallagher could play before Anthony Josua vs. Daniel Dubois at Wembley Stadium..

How many songs will Liam Gallagher play at Wembley Stadium?

Liam Gallagher will play three songs at Wembley Stadium, effectively delivering a quarter-hour mini-set ahead of the main fight.

The release confirming the singer's involvement revealed he would play a trio of Oasis classics, meaing he will not dip into either his solo or Beady Eye catalogue.

What songs could Liam Gallagher play at Wembley Stadium?

Rock 'n' Roll Star

The opening track to Definitely Maybe, this might be the most obvious pick from the band's catalogue for Gallagher to perform.

He has played it at virtually every solo show in his career so far, and with the record celebrating its thirtieth anniversary this year, it seems a safe bet.

Live Forever

Fresh off a best-ever chart placement following the news Oasis would reunite, this song - often considered to be the band's masterpiece - seems another great shout.

Though it might not pack the pace or the swagger of several other classics, there's no denying it will have Wembley Stadium in fine voice.

Supersonic

The debut single for the group, way back when they first emerged, this remains one of their defining tracks thanks to its simple rhythm and chunky riffs.

It was not a massive success upon release but has since garnered a strong reputations among fans and the public.

Morning Glory

Another early track, from 1995's (What's the Story) Morning Glory?, this has been another Gallagher solo staple since the end of Beady Eye, and could well be included.

It was featured in the announcement trailer for the Oasis reunion, which certainly means it will be dusted off next year when the band return to Wembley Stadium.

Roll With It

If either man is going to roll with the punches, then this one might be a little on-the-nose - but there's not many others that might fit the bill like this.

Another swaggering riff, another skyscraping chorus - you can picture this one being bellowed to the rafters by all present in delight.
