Jai Opetaia has serious business to attend to this weekend when he defends his IBF cruiserweight title against Jack Massey.
The fight, live on DAZN , is part of the huge Artur Beterbiev vs. Dmitry Bivol event in Saudi Arabia that will hopefully see boxing crown an undisputed champion at light-heavyweight.
Despite having his hands full with the threat of Massey, Opetaia can’t hide his excitement for the show’s main event.
Beterbiev vs. Bivol is a contest that has the entire fight world buzzing, and Opetaia is looking forward to seeing how it goes down after he’s participated in his own significant battle.
Opetaia has big ambitions to compete for heavyweight glory, but he can only do if he maintains his excellent form against his British challenger.

Massey is, without doubt, the main focus for Opetaia this weekend, but that hasn't prevented him from giving a thorough assessment of course the show's main event.
“Bivol has got to move, cut angles, and keep him at his range,” said Opetaia when breaking the fight down to Fight Hub TV .
“Beterbiev has got to do the complete opposite, walk him down and try to clip him. He’s got to apply smart pressure and find that punch. He always does. He has a 100% knockout ratio,”
“I think if it goes to the scorecards, Bivol wins, but Beterbiev is such a dangerous fighter. As long as he [Bivol] doesn’t get clipped and in trouble, I think Bivol wins on points.”
