Ben Whittaker has no issue facing Chris Eubank Jr, and he’s extremely confident he would beat the former world title challenger.
Whittaker is one of the fastest rising stars in British boxing and he’d welcome a showdown with Eubank Jr despite conceding experience.
The pair will fight on the same bill when they both appear on the undercard of Artur Beterbiev vs. Dmitry Bivol.
Whittaker will have his hands full with Liam Cameron on that night, but that hasn’t stopped him from discussing Eubank Jr.
"I'm bigger. They make weight classes for a reason, and I think he's coming to the end of his career,” said Whittaker when speaking to Sky Sports.
“I'm in the middle of starting my career so for me it's probably the right time to catch him.
"I just tick every department. He's got experience. He's been in there in some bigger fights of course but I just think if it did come to it, I'm better."
