Top Rank's Bob Arum has named three fighters that Devin Haney could face in his next contest.
Following his unanimous points decision win over Vasiliy Lomachenko on May 20, the undisputed lightweight champion is now a free agent and now a myriad of options have presented themselves to the 24-year-old.
Speaking to the 3 Knockdown Rule, Arum revealed that he has not had any conversations with Devin's manager and father Bill Haney, but this has not stopped the 91-year-old detailing his plans for the young American star.
"I haven’t talked to Bill about it," Arum responded when asked about Haney's next move.
"Bill is doing what a manager should do, he’s a father, but a manager also and that’s to look for the best opportunity for Devin.
"I’ve come up with three in my imagination, one maybe the winner of Taylor and Teofimo at 140 if he wants to go up in weight.
"Secondly, there is a fight with Shakur, that would be massive because everybody would want to see that fight.
"And third is the rematch (with Lomachenko)."
