Former IBF world super middleweight champion Caleb Plant has given his prediciton for the upcoming heavyweight clash between Deontay Wilder and Robert Helenius.
Plant features on the undercard taking on Anthony Dirrell in what will be his first fight since losing to Canelo Alvarez, and is backing his fellow countryman to do the business when he takes on the heavyweight veteran at Brooklyn's Barclays Center on Saturday night.
"I’ve got my boy Wilder," Plant responded when asked by The DAZN Boxing Show.
"I’m excited to see him step back in the ring and get back to his winning ways. I’ve got a lot of respect for Deontay, everything he’s done and accomplished.
"I’m looking forward to him getting back in there and stopping this boy."
This fight against Helenius will bring Wilder's one year absence from the ring to an end, the former WBC world heavyweight champion hasn't fought since losing to Tyson Fury for a second time and is now looking to reassert himself as one of the most dangerous names in the division.
