Canelo Alvarez is preparing to face Edgar Berlanga this weekend, but he’s not ruling out a future fight against Conor McGregor.
Canelo will defend his super-middleweight titles, live on DAZN, this Saturday as he faces the heavy-handed Puerto Rican in Las Vegas.
As one of the biggest names in boxing, Canelo is often linked to huge fights, and a showdown with McGregor would likely do major business.
McGregor’s next move is still unconfirmed, but Canelo is ready to welcome him back to the boxing ring seven years after he lost to Floyd Mayweather.
"Yeah, why not? Then we'll show boxing is better," said Canelo when speaking to Manouk Akopyan
"Easy, easy. Very easy money, [I knock him out] at the time I want. One round, two rounds, three rounds - whatever I want.”
