Canelo Alvarez is the best Hispanic fighter in boxing today — that’s the verdict from The DAZN Boxing Show who put together a top ten list featuring fighters with Hispanic heritage.
The Mexican superstar, an obvious choice considering his career credentials and current standing atop the overall men's P4P, beat off a solid number of fighters that included Teofimo Lopez and recent Manny Pacquiao conqueror, Yordenis Ugas.
“In number one, we have Saul Alvarez,” confirmed co-host Ricardo Celis. Canelo’s recent form has saw him capture world titles at light-heavyweight and super-middleweight, and he’s on course to capture every belt in the latter category if he can defeat Caleb Plant on November 9th.
