Canelo Alvarez vs. Jaime Munguia: Paulie Malignaggi explains where undisputed fight will be won and lostRyan Hafey & Esther Lin / Premier Boxing Champions
Saturday's undisputed clash is set to be an exciting contest.

Undisputed super middleweight champion Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez will be looking to make easy work of another challenger in Jaime Munguia when the pair clash this Saturday on DAZN PPV

Alvarez is a name which Munguia has been pursuing for years and now the 27-year-old finally has his chance to spring a shock against one of boxing's best pound-for-pound fighters.

With Munguia making a name for himself as a result of his immense punching power, there is a chance he could trouble Alvarez - who some believe is a fighter on the decline despite still being a dominant force at super middleweight.

Boxing analyst Paulie Malignaggi gave his verdict on these claims, and while he believes that Alvarez is someone who is not at the peak of his powers, it is likely that he will still emerge victorious as a result of flaws in Munguia's fighting style.

"I give Canelo the slight edge, but Canelo is fading," Malignaggi told Fastestpayoutonlinecasino.com.

"Canelo has struggled with guys who bring a fast pace, Munguia brings a fast pace but the problem for Munguia is he's very hittable and if he doesn't get knocked out he will be slowed down by Canelo’s punches.

"One thing I learned in my fight with Miguel Cotto is that just because you resist the punch power doesn't mean it won't fatigue you taking those kinds of punches. His pace can be very uncomfortable for Canelo, but because he is so hittable, I think it will slow him down.

"That's what it comes down to - can Canelo slow down the pace of Munguia?

"Munguia will come out firing and it will be entertaining. If Munguia does win, Oscar De La Hoya is going to lose his mind, especially after Garcia beating Haney, that would be a big couple of weeks for Golden Boy."
