WBA light heavyweight champion is backing Saul "Canelo" Alvarez to beat undisputed light middleweight champion Jermell Charlo.
The Mexican defends all four of his world super middleweight titles on Saturday night in Las Vegas, and now Bivol, who is a former opponent of Alvarez, is targeting the winner.
Bivol beat Alvarez last year with a dominant performance and took to social media to give his opinions ahead of the fight at the T-Mobile Arena.
"It's going to be an interesting fight. I think Canelo should win. But I will be happy if Charlo wins. I am interested in a unification fight at 168," Bivol wrote on X.
Since beating Alvarez, Bivol has frequently expressed his desire to face one of the world's best pound-for-pound fighters in a rematch whether it be at 175 or 168lbs.
