Carl Froch is often outspoken on numerous fight figures and Conor McGregor is the latest to feel the venom of ‘The Cobra.’
A genuine MMA superstar, McGregor switched to boxing in 2017 but his first experience in the pro game was a painful one as he was schooled by Floyd Mayweather before being stopped in the final stages.
Despite the humbling, McGregor doesn't appear to be done with boxing and he sometimes declares an interest to return to the ring.
Froch, a former world champion at super-middleweight, doesn't wish to see McGregor make a boxing comeback and he’s provided a scathing assessment on the Irish fighter.
“McGregor was calling out Pacquiao but that's not competitive because we saw how crap McGregor was against Mayweather, absolute dog-----,” said Froch when speaking to Grosvenor Casinos.
“F-----g useless. He wants to stay as far away from a professional boxing ring as he can, and he won't make a fool of himself. We all know Manny has enough about him to open a full can of whoop as on Conor McGregor.”
