Chantelle Cameron admits she hit "rock-bottom" after her loss to Katie Taylor last year, but feels she is in a "very good place" as she targets a possible trilogy bout.
The Briton suffered a first career defeat in her rematch with the Irishwoman last November, losing the undisputed super-lightweight crown she had won in their first bout.

Having been one of the dominant forces in the women's sport until that point, defeat marked a major shock to the system for Cameron, who considered walking away from the ring.
But following a successful 2024, the 33-year-old is feeling positive once again, having changed promoters and recorded wins over Elhem Mekhaled and Patricia Berghult.
"They always say you'll hit rock-bottom, and you'll climb back up," she told The Stomping Ground. "It's refreshing. Looking back now, last November, I was in a very bad place.
"I had my first loss and I didn't take it well. It was a very hard loss to take on the chin. But everything happens for a reason, and I'm in a very good place now.
"I signed with Queensberry and I'm happy again. It's just a reset button now. I've had time to reflect and start again. I'm glad I made the decisions I did at the time."
Cameron looks likely to target a trilogy bout with Taylor, who won her second encounter with Amanda Serrano in controversial circumstances last week in Texas.
The reigning super-lightweight champion won by unanimous decision at AT&T Stadium despite a point deduction for repeated use of her head against the Puerto Rican.
