There is a disagreement between the two fighters ahead of their world title clash.

A huge all-British world title fight takes place on Saturday night when Chris Billam-Smith defends his WBO cruiserweight belt against Richard Riakporhe.

The fight will take place at Selhurst Park and will be broadcast live on Peacock in the U.S. (click here for more information)

The rivalry between Billam-Smith and Riakporhe is a heated one with Riakporhe beating the defending champion by split decision in 2019.

Now Billam-Smith has the chance to get revenge, but the two fighters are in a disagreement regarding the dressing rooms they will be using on fight night at the home of Crystal Palace.

With Billam-Smith the defending champion, he is eager to use the home dressing room to make his final touches ahead of the opening bell, but with Riakporhe being a Palace fan, he believes it should be him who gets this honour.

"Usually, the home fighter gets the first choice of dressing room," explains promoter Ben Shalom told Sky Sports.

"In this instance Chris is the champion but Richard is the local lad, he's got the connection with the club, and he wants to be in the home dressing room."

There is yet to be a resolution between the two camps and this disagreement already adds to what is already an intense rivalry.
