Connor Benn is aiming high after making a successful return to the ring this past weekend when outpointing Rodolfo Orozco in America.
Benn had his first fight in over a year following an adverse finding in in his drug test before 2022’s postponed bout with Chris Eubank Jr.
Despite his absence from the sport, Benn has continued to be a huge topic within boxing and his name has been linked to several elite fighters.
With a number of those names based in Britain, Benn isnt ruling out another stateside visit against some of the sport’s most dominant fighters.
“I’m happy to go back down to 147 and capture a world title down there. There are big fights there for me,” said Benn when speaking to IFLTV.
“You’ve got some great fighters over here. The likes of [Jarod] Ennis, [Errol] Spence, [and Terence] Crawford. You got all these fighters over here, top level fighters.
“When I say, ‘Can I come over here and fight them?’ I’ll fight them in their own back garden, no problem. I’ll be happy to take the belts back.”
