'Tired of talking about it!' - Conor Benn hits out at slow progress on Chris Eubank Jr. and Mario Barrios fightsMelina Pizano/Matchroom

Conor Benn says he is "tired" of talking about prospective bouts with Chris Eubank Jr. or Mario Barrios, and insists he is ready to step into the ring again at a moment's notice.

The Briton has not fought since February last year, and has long been touted to settle the score with the former, after their October 2022 bout was called off at short notice.

Discussions have also linked Benn to WBC welterweight champion Barrios, who retained his title in November in a close-fought draw against Abel Ramos.

But with no official word in sight on either fight becoming a reality, the fighter has aired his frustration over the slow progress of a deal, citing his hunger to return to the canvas.

"If it gets done, it gets done," he told The Stomping Ground. "I'm tired of talking about it. I've said yes to Barrios, I've said yes to Eubank. Just give me a date.

I let my team handle that. The reality is I'm ready, and I only need six weeks, that's it. I've said yes to both. Just give me a date, and let me at them. Let me at whoever.

"That's how I'm feeling. I'll fight anybody at this rate. If anyone can make the fight happen, it's His Excellency, so let's make it happen. 2025 is going to be exciting."

Benn and Eubank Jr., whose fathers famously fought two bouts over three decades ago, has long looked like the bout set to be first up, especially after a confrontation in October.

The former accosted the latter multiple times around his fight with Kamil Szeremeta, and Eubank Jr. himself has suggested that details are imminent on a potential fight.
