Contender who faced Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder reveals who hits harderDAZN
Will we see a big heavyweight fight next year?

Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder have numerous common opponents and one is former contender, Jason Gavern.

The American veteran was stopped by both men as they made their rise up the division, but which fighter possessed the most power?

Wilder and Joshua will share a bill for the first time on December 23 when they go in with Otto Wallin and Joseph Parker, respectively.

Wilder halted Gavern in four rounds when they met in 2014 but Joshua was able to get the job done a round quicker when he collided with Gavern the following year.

Gavern recently spoke about the artillery possessed by both men and who hits the hardest.

“I would say Joshua. I think for how big he is, I think a big guy like him should not move as well as he does. He moves so fast, especially on the inside,” said Gavern when speaking to ATG Radio

“He through a hook on the inside with me and I didn’t know where it was coming from, it was crazy how fast he was punching. So yes, I think Joshua hit’s harder for sure.”
