The IBF heavyweight champion shocked the boxing world on Saturday night.

The fallout continues from Daniel Dubois' successful IBF heavyweight title defence against Anthony Joshua on Saturday night.

The two British heavyweights went head-to-head in front of a record crowd at Wembley Stadium and what transpired shocked the boxing world.

Dubois dominated the contest, taking the front foot and knocked down Joshua numerous times before landing the final blow in the fifth round to make a successful first defence of his world title belt.

This win has thrown shockwaves through the heavyweight division, with some expecting Dubois to face the winner of the Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury rematch on December 21.

There is also a possibility of a rematch with Joshua after it was revealed that there is a clause that can be triggered for a second contest.

After Joshua announced on Monday that he will continue to box, Dubois was asked during an interview with talkSPORT about how a potential rematch will play out and he had a simple message for his British rival.

"Yeah, if that happens down the line, yeah," Dubois responded when asked about whether he would be interested in a Joshua rematch.

"I want to do even better next time; I know what I need to improve on as a champion and as a fighter.

"I just want to prove people wrong all the time and that’s what we’ve been doing.

"I think I would be a lot better than that, it was a great Rocky type of fight but next time I believe I’ll be more clinical."
