DAZN USA to stream fight card featuring Julio César Chávez vs. Jorge Arce, Julio César Chávez Jr. vs. Mario CázaresDAZN
Julio César Chávez and Jorge Arce will square off in an exhibition fight for a third time while Chávez Jr. will return to the ring to face Mario Cázares in a 10-round light heavyweight bout live on DAZN.

Mexican boxing legend Julio César Chávez will face five-time champion Jorge Arce for a third time in a four-round exhibition fight, with his son Julio César Chávez Jr. squaring off against Mario Cázares headlining on Sept. 25 in Tijuana, Mexico.

The fight card will take place without fans at the Grand Hotel in Tijuana and will be streamed live on DAZN in the United States.

Chávez Sr. (58) and Arce (41) have met twice before and will face each other for a third time with proceeds for the event being donated to charity to support Chávez's drug rehab center.

Chávez Sr. is a former multiple-time world champion in three different weight classes who amassed an impressive professional record of 107-6-2, with 85 of those victories coming by way of knockout. He started his professional career in 1980 and went 89-0-1 before losing to Frankie Randall in 1994. Chávez Sr. retired in 2005 and is widely recognized as a Mexican folk hero and one of the greatest boxers to ever live.

Arce retired from boxing in 2014 with a record of 64-8-2 (one No Contest) and 49 knockouts to his name.

Chávez-Arce will be the co-main event as Chávez Jr. (51-4-1, 33 KOs) will return to the ring for a sanctioned 10-round light heavyweight and face Cázares (11-0, 5 KOs). Chávez Jr. hasn't fought since Dec. 20, when he faced Daniel Jacobs and quit after the fifth round due to a broken nose. Prior to the fight, Chávez Jr. was suspended indefinitely by the Nevada State Athletic Commission after refusing to take a random drug test ahead of the fight. Chávez Jr. was able to face Jacobs after having a temporary restraining order to lift the ban. However, the suspension was reinstated after the TKO loss to Jacobs.

Cázares was the last boxer to hold a victory over Canelo Álvarez as an amateur back in 2004. The 30-year-old turned pro in 2015 and has faced limited opposition. This will be the biggest challenge of his undefeated career.

The father and son tandem will share a card along with Arce's nephew, Karim Arce (16-0, 7 KOs), who is set to face David Martino (9-7).

The card is part of a back-to-back fight days on DAZN in the U.S., with the World Boxing Super Series final between Yuniel Dorticos and Mairis Briedis taking place Saturday, Sept. 26.
