Derek Chisora’s decision to fight on has raised speculation that the veteran heavyweight could face Deontay Wilder.
Chisora turned back the clock in his most recent fight when he dropped Joe Joyce before outpointing his domestic rival earlier this summer.
In the immediate aftermath of the Joyce win, Del Boy made it clear that he would fight on and is eager to keep testing himself as he looks to add to his exciting legacy.
Wilder, who lost his last two fights, is another boxer who looks set to push on, and Ricky Hatton, a former world champion, has had his say on the potential heavyweight blockbuster.
"Most people would favour Deontay Wilder, but most people backed Joe Joyce before the Derek Chisora fight,” said Hatton when speaking to Action Network.
“The fact that Wilder has had them wars with Tyson Fury, got beat by Joseph Parker and didn’t look great, you would have to say Derek has a chance of winning that fight.
“It might just be the right time to fight Deontay Wilder because there’s miles on the clock and he doesn’t look like the fighter he was.”
