Derek Chisora is back in action at the end of July when he faces Joe Joyce, but that hasn’t stopped him offering his thoughts on other fights.
Chisora will battle Joyce this summer, but there’s numerous heavyweight contests in between now and then including Deontay Wilder vs. Zhilei Zhang.
On June 1, live on DAZN, Wilder and Zhang will meet in a fascinating enocunter as they both look to rebound from losses to Jospeh Parker.
Victory will mean a potential big fight moving forward, but for the loser, it could be a long way back.
Chisora is backing Zhang to get the job done, and the Londoner thinks this could be the last time we see Wilder in the ring.
“Wilder is going to get laid out,” said Chisora when speaking to Seconds Out at his press conference to announce his fight with Joe Joyce.
“Wilder gets laid out and is retiring there and there.”
