Devin Haney vs. Alfredo Santiago: Date, time, price, how to watch the KSI-Logan Paul undercard fight

Devin Haney vs. Alfredo Santiago: Date, time, price, how to watch the KSI-Logan Paul undercard fightDAZN
"The Dream" will look to continue his boxing brilliance in his first defense of the WBC lightweight title.

Devin Haney realized his lifelong goal in September by thoroughly outclassing Zaur Abduallev to become the WBC interim lightweight titleholder. A month later, the WBC upgraded the 20-year-old to its full lightweight champion as a result of declaring Vasiliy Lomachenko its franchise champ.

Now, "The Dream" continues, as Haney will make his first defense of the title Saturday, Nov. 2, when he faces Alfredo Santiago in the KSI vs. Logan Paul 2 card at Staples Center in Los Angeles and live on DAZN.

Haney views the opportunity to add to his 2019 further and usher in his 21st birthday (Nov. 17) in style.

"I’m happy we got this deal done,” Haney said in a press release statement this past weekend. “I’m not just a WBC World Champion that’s holding somebody else’s belt. I’m the sole champion, and I will defend the lightweight world title on November 9. I’ve been working hard and I’m extremely focused. This will be the perfect gift to myself for my 21st birthday."

Santiago might be thinking the same, as the unbeaten Dominican fighter turns 25 on Sunday.

Haney made Abdullaev retire after four rounds in September after fracturing his cheekbone. A dominant performance Saturday night and Haney would strengthen his case for a shot against unified lightweight champion Lomachenko.
