What was highly-anticipated as a 50-50 fight between Errol Spence Jr. and Terence Crawford quickly turned into a lopsided affair as "Bud" recorded three knockdowns en route to a dominating ninth-round TKO .
After thoroughly being dominated and watching Crawford become the undisputed welterweight champion of the world, Spence was asked if he plans to invoke his rematch clause.
"We got to do it again," Spence told Showtime's Jim Gray. "I'm gonna be a lot better. It's going to be a lot closer. It will probably be in December."
Spence's intentions were made clear after he was badly battered in a surgical boxing masterclass from Crawford (40-0, 31 KOs).
"Bud" dropped Spence (28-1, 22 KOs) three devastating times before recording the ninth-round TKO, handing "The Truth" his first loss.
