Except Stevenson claims there's one problem — that Loma is ducking him.

When one of his followers implored Stevenson to be more direct and mention a specific name, Stevenson obliged:
In an interview with reporter Steve Kim, Top Rank's Bob Arum, who promotes Stevenson, said there's more to the story, explaining that Lomachenko doesn't want to fight this year as he's still dealing with the ongoing strife in Ukraine.
That being said, Arum confirmed that he's still targeting a November fight date for Stevenson — against who remains to be seen.
