Hearn isn't happy over one fight.

Naoya Inoue will defend his world titles against TJ Doheny, but Eddie Hearn is not impressed with the fight.

Inoue had been linked to many bouts whilst the world awaited official confirmation of his next move, and it’s now been announced that he’ll be back on September 3 in Japan.

Inoue’s run as world champion has been an impressive one as he’s blitzed his way past many great opponents to become one of the sport’s best fighters.

Hearn had been hopeful of securing a fight between Inoue and Murodjon Akhmadaliev, but with the Japanese star going in a different direction, Hearn has spoken out.

"Gutted, devastated, disappointing for boxing. Disappointing for Japan,” said Hearn when speaking to Boxnation

"If I hadn't worked with TJ Doheny five or six years ago, I would really go in on this fight, but I don't want to disrespect TJ because he's a nice guy. It's a horrific mismatch."
