Errol Spence is in confident mood ahead of fight with Manny Pacquiao.

Errol Spence has sent out a stern warning to Manny Pacquaio ahead of their August 21st clash. The undefeated Texan will take on the Filipino legend in an intriguing clash that has got the fight world buzzing, but Spence is under no illusions how the fight will end.

“I’m preparing my body to get into training camp mode and do the best that I can, to get into the best shape that I can, and be as strong as I can, to knock out Manny Pacquiao and send him off into retirement,” said Spence when speaking with Barbershop Conversations

With Spence starting the fight a significant favourite, many within the boxing industry are expecting the 2012 Olympian to be too fresh for the 42-year-old Pacquiao.

Entering the contest following a win against Keith Thurman in 2019, Pacquiao appears to have some magic left and Spence is expecting a solid version to be in front of him this summer.

“I expect the same Manny Pacquiao that we get every time. He’ll come to fight, and I’ll definitely come to fight. I’ll be a lot stronger and physically better than my previous fight, [a unanimous decision win over Danny Garcia in December].

“If [Pacquiao is] looking at [the tape of the Garcia fight], he should be looking at the Chris Algieri, Lamont Peterson and the Kell Brook fight. If he's looking at the last fight looking for weakness, he's going to be in trouble.”
