Cash (12-0, 8 KOs) hit the scales at 11st 5¾ lbs (159¾ lbs), once again coming in at almost bang on the middleweight limit of 160 pounds and looking in great physical condition.
Welborn (24-8, 7 KOs) measured one pound lighter at 11st 4¾ lbs (158¾ lbs), 24 hours before the two look to follow in the footsteps of Sam Eggington vs. Ted Cheeseman and Terri Harper vs. Natasha Jonas by delivering back garden fireworks in the featured fight.
In chief support, Zelfa Barrett (23-1, 14 KOs) meets Eric Donovan (12-0, 7 KOs) for the IBF Intercontinental super-featherweight title. Both men weighed in identically, at 9st 3lbs 10 oz (129lbs 10 oz).
On the undercard, Shannon Courtenay (5-0, 2 KOs) scaled at 9st ¾ lbs, (126¾ lbs), heavier than eight-round junior featherweight opponent Rachel Ball (5-1, 0 KOs) who came in at 8st 11½ lbs (123½ lbs).
Also set for action are Kieron Conway (14-1-1, 3 KOs) and Navid Mansouri (20-3-2, 6 KOs) in a 10-round junior middleweight clash. Conway weighed in at 10st 13¾ lbs (153¾ lbs), half a pound heavier than Mansouri at 10st 13¼ lbs (153 ¼ lbs).
And the third Fight Camp card this month will be kicked off by super middleweights John Docherty (8-0, 6 KOs) and Anthony Fox (8-12-4, 0 KOs) in eight rounds of action. Docherty weighed 11st 12¾ lbs (166¾ lbs), dropping beneath the 12 stone mark for the first time. Fox was half a pound lighter at 11st 12¼ lbs (166¼ lbs).
Matchroom Boxing's Fight Camp 3, headlined by Cash vs. Welborn, airs live on Sky Sports in the UK and on DAZN in the U.S. on Aug. 14.
