The big heavyweight fight takes place on Friday.

Heavyweight boxer Frazer Clarke believes Anthony Joshua has "too much experience in the boxing ring" to lose against Francis Ngannou.

The heavyweight pair fight on March 8, live on DAZN PPV, and there is pressure on both men to succeed if they want to fight the winner of Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk.

After back-to-back defeats to Usyk, Joshua showed glimpses of his best 2023, most notably in an impressive win against Otto Wallin.

However, Ngannou stunned everyone on his boxing debut as he knocked down WBC world heavyweight champion Fury, despite eventually losing via the judges' scorecards.

Speaking to BBC Sport ahead of Joshua vs. Ngannou, Clarke explained what Joshua needs to do to beat the former UFC heavyweight champion.

"When Ngannou's legs slow down - they will be fast in the beginning - Anthony Joshua will capitalize with fast combinations and a big right hand," said Clarke.

"What AJ has to be careful of is not switching off, the hand position is going to be vital.

"If Joshua is constantly moving around that won't give Ngannou the time to set him up for the big overhand right or overhand left.

"This fight will be won and lost in moments, whoever makes the least mistakes will win the fight.

"I'm going Anthony Joshua, the man who is used to the boxing ring, I think he breaks him down and eventually gets the stoppage win - one better than Tyson Fury!"
