Isaac Lowe will need to "leave everything" in the ring if he is to beat Lee McGregor, with Darren Barker suggesting that a loss will be more damaging for him than his opponent.
The Westgate Warrior will face his foe on the undercard of Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury's rematch this weekend at Riyadh Season's Reignited, live on DAZN Pay-Per-View.

Lowe, who is close with Fury and fought on the undercard of the Gypsy King's first bout with the Ukrainian in May, was originally due to face McGregor last December.
Having waited a year to finally match their wits however, Barker believes that the former must emerge victorious if he hopes to carry forward an upwards trajectory in his career.
"The man’s got the heart of a lion, he really has," he said on DAZN's broadcast of the Open Workouts. "He’s got a lovely jab, he’s full of desire and the will to win.
"He understands this is a must-win. This is his opportunity now. I do believe a loss for Isaac Lowe is probably more damaging than it is for Lee McGregor.
"He has to, as does McGregor, leave everything – absolutely everything – in the ring on Saturday night and get the job done."
Lowe currently holds a 25-2-3 record, with both of his losses coming in succession against Luis Alberto Lopez in December 2021 and Nick Ball in April 2022.
Since then, he has steadily rebuilt with impressive performances against Nano Santana, Jonatas de Oliveira and - most recently - Hasibullah Ahmadi in May.
