Jake Paul has named his price to face Mike Tyson inside the boxing ring. The popular Youtuber, a polarising figure in boxing, has been linked to a fight with the former heavyweight champion on multiple occasions.
Still a novice in the sport, selection of opponent has been a careful process for Paul, and despite insisting he wants to fight Canelo Alvarez, his recent list of foes suggests he's a million miles away from the Mexican.
If a fight with Tysson can be arranged, then the purse required by Paul would be one of the biggest ever seen in boxing.
“I would step up to Mike Tyson for sure,” said Paul when speaking on The Journey podcast .
“I joke with my friends about it, and I’m like I’ll start eating Krispy Kreme doughnuts and move up to heavyweight and take on Mike Tyson.
“That fight would actually excite me because that’s actually a $200, $300 million dollar event. Mike Tyson, bro, if you’re watching this, let’s have some fun. New school vs old school. I think that’s something fans would want to see.”
