Jake Paul vs. AnEsonGib results: Jake Paul wrecks Gib in one round, confronts KSIDAZN
It didn't take Jake Paul long to defeat AnEsonGib.

Jake Paul wanted to beat AnEsonGib so he could get his hands on KSI, who defeated his brother Logan via split-decision in November.

The younger Paul lived up to his words by sending Gib to the canvas three times, including a right hand to cap it off, to win the battle of YouTube personalities by TKO at the 2:18 mark of the first round at Meridian at Island Gardens in Miami.

The animosity between the two showed when neither Paul nor Gib touched gloves after receiving their final ring instructions.

Paul and Gib started looking to take each other apart by going right at one other, slinging the heavy leather. Paul was in the traditional orthodox stance while Gib was crouched, trying to make it more difficult for Paul to punch him.

Paul made a point to use a stiff jab that wobbled Gib on more than one occasion. Seeing Gib off-balance, Paul threw a right hand to score the first knockdown of the fight. Instead of rushing in and going for the stoppage, Paul took his time and continued to pepper the jab to set up his power shots. The strategy proved to be useful as Paul connected on a left hook to send Gib partially through the ropes, which is considered a knockdown.

Trying to survive the round, Gib went right back at Paul and landed a right hand that bloodied Paul's nose. It was all for naught when about 15 seconds later, Paul hit a crushing right hand to send Gib to a knee and out of his misery.

When the referee waved it off, Paul immediately went to the side of the ring that KSI was at and started talking trash. KSI entered the ring, and Paul let him know that he would be facing him next to avenge the Paul family name. Paul lightly shoved KSI and then security intervened before it went any further.

"KSI's next," Paul said. "I didn't have to f—ing win by two points. You had to beat my bro by a bad call."

Jake Paul runs through AnEsonGib in one round

12:03 a.m.: Paul def. Gib at 2:18 of the first round.

The first knockdown occurred when Paul threw a left hand and then immediately followed it up with a right hook that made Gib put a glove to the canvas. To Paul's credit, he stayed composed and fought within the jab. He saw an opening and unleashed a left hook that put Gib's butt through the ropes, which is considered a knockdown. Gib kept coming at Paul and stayed in his face and landed a right hand. Moments later, Paul threw a right hand to send Gib to a knee, and the referee put the beating to an end.

When the fight ended, Paul looked in the direction of KSI, who beat his brother Logan back in November. KSI-Jake Paul next?
