Darren Till and Mike Perry have shared a rivalry in the past when going at it on social media or podcasts, but the former has paid credit to Perry ahead of his fight with Jake Paul.
Paul faces Perry this weekend as he looks to warm up for his end of year clash with Mike Tyson that was originally scheduled for this month.
Medical issues with Tyson have ensured the fight is no longer taking place this summer with Paul now facing Perry instead.
Till, who made his boxing debut earlier this month, is well equipped to discuss the Paul vs. Perry fight and he’s offered his verdict on the imminent clash.
"I keep 50/50 on both. I don’t know, some days I say Jake because I know Jake is the bigger man. But then I don’t think you can rule Perry out," said the Liverpool fighter when speaking on Fred Talks Fighting.
“He’s a tough man and he’s been beating all of these veterans. So, it’s a 50/50. I’m going to sway towards Jake a little bit more.”
