Jermall Charlo Charlo says he is ready to fight Maciej Sulecki in June but he would be no more worried by taking on Jaime Munguia or even David Benavidez.

Polish fighter Sulecki and the WBC middleweight champion face off in Texas on June 18 as the American attempts a successful defence of his belt.

Speaking to BoxingScene.com, Charlo was in bullish mood about both Sulecki and anybody who came next.

“I’m ready, I’m ready for anybody,” he said . “They can get me whoever they want to get me. [Sulecki], Munguia, Benavidez, whatever. A name is just a name. It’s just a person to me.”

Charlo had hoped to take on Mexico’s Munguia but talks broke down over the finer details of any match-up, but instead faces the Sulecki who hovers around the top 10, a year older than the 32-year-old champion.

Sulecki has tried and failed to take world titles before, and offers Charlo the chance to get back into the ring after a year following his win ove rJuan Montiel.

“I’m in my prime. I’m ready for everybody,” said Charlo. “Whoever they put in front of me, I just do what I gotta do, make the adjustments to win. At the end of the day, you’re gonna see the real fighter come out of me.”
