After dominating yet again, it has come down to this.

With a crunching uppercut, Jesse Rodriguez once again exemplified why his nickname is "Bam."

The incredible third-round knockout punch against Pedro Guevara on Saturday night in Philadelphia, and live on DAZN, had the 24-year-old pound-for-pound sensation and WBC super flyweight world champion looking ahead to his next options.

Speaking with DAZN's Chris Mannix, Rodriguez said his next line of business is to set up a title unification fight, which would have him going up against WBO titleholder Phumelele Cafu or IBF/WBA champion Fernando Martinez.

But if he can't line up a shot against either of those champions, "Bam" has a certain legend in mind — Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzalez.

"Any unification fight ... I'm ready right now," Rodriguez began saying.

He added about Gonzalez: "I'm ready for it. If the unifications don't come, why not?"

Defeating "Chocolatito" would give "Bam" the chance to clear out the division and add another legend to his ledger, having already owning wins over Juan Francisco Estrada and Srisaket Sor Rungvisai.

"That would be bad-ass, take em all out."

His promoter Eddie Hearn echoed those sentiments, but only after stating "Bam" is the third-best pound-for-pound fighter in the world.

"I mean, that was like an artist at work," Hearn first said, reacitng to Rodriguez' explosive knockout of Guevara.

"[Oleksandr] Usyk incredible, [Terence] Crawford incredible ... I think this kid is No. 3 pound-for-pound pay-per-view fighter.

"Right now, we need to see him unify," Hearn continued. "If we can't unify, I believe Chocolatito is the fight."

Added Hearn: "He's slayed all the legends in the divisions and Chocolatito is an all-time great but this man is going to be around for a long, long time. Many divisions to win world championships in. What an unbelievable talent."

Hearn acknowleged the two fighters had previously said that they don't want to fight each other, but now is a different time.

"Now, Chocolatito is at the stage, he wants a challenge," Hearn said. "He wants a big challenege. The biggest fight for Chocolatito right now is Jesse Rodriguez and it might be vice versa in the division."
