Joe Joyce believes Daniel Dubois can beat unified world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk, but it will all come down as to whether Dubois can utilise his punch power.
Usyk defends his IBF, WBA and WBO world titles against Dubois on August 26 in Poland in a fight which many see as an easy victory for Usyk.
Joyce, who stopped Dubois three years ago, sees Usyk as a huge favourite, but is not writing off Dubois' chances before the first bell.
“I think he’s got a chance. Dubois hits very hard, but is he gonna be able to hit Usyk?," Joyce told Seconds Out.
"Usyk can dance around, moving, hitting him. I’d like to see [Dubois win] and bring the title back to the UK, then I can beat him for it again.
"But yeah, it’s a very tough fight. I think Usyk’s probably gonna do it, but Dubois’ got a puncher’s chance and he’s got a very big punch.
"If he can land a few shots he could have him wobbling all over the place.”
