Cesar Martinez secured the strap back in 2019 when he beat Cristofer Rosales for the vacant championship, but most recently lost to Roman 'Chocolatito' Gonzalez back in March this year, missing out on the chance to add the WBC Diamond super flyweight belt.
Carmona will be fighting after a short period away from the ring, after defeating Moises Mojica on October 29 in Spain.
The pair will clash on the Estrada vs. Chocolatito 3 undercard, live on DAZN.
