There is no denying that crossover boxing is here to stay.

As the years go by, crossover boxing is going from strength to strength.

Not only are more notable names from entertainment stepping into the ring, but the venues are getting bigger and this particular world in boxing is set for another seismic moment in the coming weeks.

On October 14, the MF & DAZN: X Series arrives at the Manchester Arena where KSI and Tommy Fury do battle live on DAZN, but that isn't the only huge fight on the card. In the co-main event, Logan Paul will also be in action when he takes on Dillon Danis as their rivalry reaches its climax.

Traditional boxing fans have made no secret their thoughts when it comes these crossover cards, and they often taking to social media to vent their frustrations towards these events, but there is no denying that they bring eyeballs to the sport.

This is an opinion echoed by former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua who believes that the crossover boxing cards are promoting fighters to take risks early on in their careers, something which is rarely seen in professional boxing.

"10/10. It’s good for boxing," Joshua told DAZN when asked whether he is a fan of crossover boxing.

"It’s showing people you can fight someone that is well known, credible, can fight, it’s marketable without a championship and can have that same effect early on in your career.

"You can still get all the rewards anyway so I think they are showing guys that there is so much potential in boxing regardless of championships.

"I think it’s good because people start taking more risks early on."
