Logan Paul finally got to step inside a boxing ring with Dillon Danis at DAZN X Series: The Prime Card on Saturday, and was victorious by disqualification.
Danis responded to being outperformed and outlanded by Paul with attempts at MMA moves, including an instinctive guilltotine that slightly resembled a Jake 'The Snake' Roberts trademark DDT, leading to a dishonourable defeat.
But Paul, who now competes as a WWE star himself, snapped straight back into wrestling mode while discussing his victory in-ring with Ariel Helwani.
He started with: “I won something! Let’s go!"
Paul later said: “I’m moving back into WWE, there are some championships I want to get. I want that US title. Rey Mysterio, I’ve already beat you once."
On the disqualification, Paul added: “He’s supposed to be good at jiu-jitsu, what happened? He tried to do a takedown, he tried to do a guillotine. I’m sorry I missed that hammer fist. I’m sorry it ended that way.
"Dillon Danis truly is a coward, just a dirty, dirty human being, but regardless, thank you for coming out tonight."
