If KSI and Logan Paul hadn't built up enough hype for their rematch already, new episodes of "40 Days" for each fighter are sure to have their fans buzzing ahead of the Nov. 9 bout.
The internet stars are removing the headgear and putting on the 10-ounce gloves for their professional boxing debuts. As part of a new DAZN "40 Days" series, KSI and Paul are revealing their training regimens before they face off at Staples Center in Los Angeles.
KSI, who is seen working with legendary cutman Jacob "Stitch" Duran and former super featherweight titleholder Jeff Mayweather in "40 Days: KSI," makes it clear that boxing is his No. 1 priority. He plans on bringing improved defensive techniques and a better overall physique to the ring, and he anticipates an easy victory over Paul.
"I've never been dropped. No one's ever knocked me out," KSI said. "[Paul is] gonna try, and I'm just gonna smile at him. And he's gonna realize he's fighting a different KSI."
Paul has also taken his preparation to the next level with an experienced training team, including former heavyweight champ Shannon Briggs. In "40 Days: Logan Paul's Countdown to Fight Night," the YouTube sensation claims boxing is not a "gimmick" and his vlogging days are behind him.
"I'm ready for this. This is the only thing in my life that matters," Paul said. "I'm gonna knock out KSI, and it's gonna be sick."
In their first matchup last year as amateurs, KSI and Paul battled to a majority draw. Both KSI and Paul are now professionally licensed boxers for the rematch, which will be streamed exclusively on DAZN.
The finale of the "40 Days" series will debut on Nov. 5 on each fighter's YouTube channel as well as DAZN's platforms. You can watch the KSI and Paul episodes below.
