Matchroom's stable of fighters is one of the most stacked in boxing.
With the likes of Anthony Joshua and Katie Taylor just some of the star names on the Matchroom roster, Hearn is showing no signs of slowing down when it comes to signing the biggest names in the sport.
Now he has expressed an interest in bringing IBF welterweight champion Jaron "Boots" Ennis to Matchroom after the American became a promotional free agent.
“We’ve had some very brief chats,” Hearn told Boxing Scene when asked about the prospect of signing Ennis.
"At the end of the day we’d love to make ‘Boots’ a part of the Matchroom team. He is one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world. We will see where it goes.”
Ennis last fought in July when he knocked out Romain Villa for the IBF's 147lb title before being upgraded to the full champion after Terence Crawford vacated the belt.
