Michael Conlan reassured fans that his health was intact after a huge knockout in the 12th round against Leigh Wood on Saturday night.
The fight swung one way and then the other ahead of some brutal championship rounds, and the Nottingham native delivered a powerful right-hander which sent his Irish opponent head first through the ropes.
The WBA (regular) featherweight champion was delighted with the win, but his celebrations quickly dampened as he realised the potential severity of the injury.
Medics were almost immediately on hand to treat Conlan before he was stretchered away from the ring and taken to the hospital for further checks.
On his social media platforms on Sunday, Conlan wrote: "I'm all good, I'm just getting checked up in the hospital. The CT scan is all clear.
"Congrats to Leigh Wood. Congrats to his team. That was the best shot of the night he got me with at the end. But it is what it is. I'll be back."
Despite the loss, he said he would still like another crack at Wood: "Definitely want a rematch."
