This undisputed title fight headlines an exciting Riyadh Season card which features the British heavyweight title rematch between Fabio Wardley and Frazer Clarke, plus Ben Whittaker and WBC women's featherweight champion Skye Nicolson amongst others.
Now it has been revealed that Thomas Taylor from Newport Beach, California, USA will officiate the contest, according to BoxingScene.
The American is no stranger to official duties during Riyadh Season events, with experience both inside and outside the ring.
In August, he officiated the heavyweight draw between Andy Ruiz and Jarrell Miller in Los Angeles, while he was also a judge for the undisputed heavyweight showdown between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk three months earlier.
Taylor will also be a familiar face to Bivol too after he served as a judge for the WBA light heavyweight champion's routine win over Malik Zinad in June.
