Regis Prograis can elevate his profile on December 9 when he faces Devin Haney in an eagerly anticipated 140lbs encounter.
Prograis has long been identified as one of boxing’s standout performers and victory over Haney, a former undisputed ruler at lightweight, will surely place on the boxing pound for pound list.
Since losing to Josh Taylor in 2019, Prograis has racked up five wins and is once again in a promising position.
A win over Haney can open the doors for more lucrative fights, but who does Prograis believe is the current face of boxing as he makes plans to install himself in that place.
“It’s between Tank and Canelo, and I can’t fight Canelo,” said Prograis when talking to FightHype.
