Sergio Mora felt Oleksandr Usyk was a "clear winner" in his rematch with Tyson Fury, after the Ukrainian defended his unified heavyweight crown and unbeaten record.
The Cat got the better of The Gypsy King in their second bout of the year, scoring a points victory by unanimous decision at the Kingdom Arena atop a Riyadh Season card.
Both men appeared adamant they were the victor in the aftermath, and many from Fury's corner appeared blindsided by the scores of 116-112 across the board.
But Mora believed that while the fight delivered another close encounter between the two, Usyk had a comfortable advantage as recognised by the calls in the end.
"It’s subjective," he said on DAZN's post-fight broadcast. "We wanted [Fury] to fight like a big man, to come forward. He hit the body, he was going for the uppercuts.
"He was this close to landing that lightning-in-a-bottle shot against the chin. Usyk was almost there, but he would make the adjustments to just not get hit any time.
"Fury was demanding respect and getting the punches in. It was a close fight, but I still think it was a fight with a clear winner, and that was Usyk."
Mora's opinion was not shared by many, with several voices including Frank Warren feeling that the bout was a closer affair than scored by the judges.
Matchroom boss Eddie Hearn meanwhile admitted he would have scored the bout as a draw, after both men exchanged plenty of blows throughout the contest.
