Shane Mosley enjoyed an illustrious career that saw him capture world titles in a number of different weight categories.
The California star shared the ring with many of boxing's biggest names including Floyd Mayweather and Canelo Alvarez and it’s those two fighters who Mosley recently compared when discussing his bouts with both men.
In 2010, Mosley gave Mayweather an almighty scare when he hurt him badly in the fight’s second round before losing widely on the scorecards.
Two years later, with Canelo on the rise, Mosley attempted to derail the youngster's momentum, but he was soundly beaten on points.
Despite the Mexican being the much bigger fighter, Mosley says Mayweather had similar power to Canelo.
“When I fought Floyd, his power was really good,” said Mosley when speaking on both men to FightHype.com
“His power was actually the same speed and power when I fought Canelo at 154.”
