President of Showtime Sports, Stephen Espinoza, has given an interesting update on the talks between Errol Spence and Terence Crawford for an undisputed welterweight title fight.
Spence vs. Crawford is a fight which boxing fans across the world have been crying out for over the years and currently there is little hope that the fight can be made.
However, with numerous failed attempts to try and make the fight, Spence and Crawford have taken matters into their hands by working together directly when it comes to a deal.
When asked by The DAZN Boxing Show about whether the direct communication between the two camps was true, Espinoza did acknowledge that discussions are taking place.
"There are discussions going on, I don’t want to say who is talking to who," Espinoza said.
"The good thing is that no one has given up. As long as no one gives up, there’s a hope."
