Teofimo Lopez will be a keen observer when Devin Haney challenges Regis Prograis for 140lbs glory next month.
The popular New Yorker confirmed himself as one of the best super-lightweights in the world earlier this year when he produced a stunning performance to end the unbeaten run of Josh Taylor inside Madison Square Garden.
Now pursuing further big fights, Lopez will be eager to test himself against the winner of Prograis vs. Haney after they clash on December 9.
Haney begins the fight a decent favourite, but Prograis will have his backers, and Lopez has told the New Orleans fighter how to approach the bout if he wants to be successful.
“For Regis, if he is listening right now, you have got to bully him, bro,” said Lopez when speaking to ESNews.
“He has pillow hands, take the shots and whatever, you can put your head down and let him hit you on the top of the dome and break his hand.
“Little s--t like that, smart, dirty tactics is going to win that fight with him.”
