All the betting details for Saturday night's IBF, WBA (super), and WBO Lightweight title clash.

The wait is finally over for Teofimo Lopez as he puts his IBF, WBA (super), and WBO lightweight titles on the line against George Kambosos Jr. from the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City — which you can see exclusively on DAZN (except in China)

As always with a big-time boxing card, there are certainly plenty of bets to be made. Let's take a look at some of them.

Teofimo Lopez vs. George Kambosos Jr. odds

Teofimo Lopez: -1000
George Kambosos: +600

(All odds via BetMGM)

BetMGM (as of Wednesday, Nov. 24) has Lopez installed as a massive favorite — coming in at -1000, meaning you'd need to bet a staggering $1,000 just to win $100. Meanwhile, Kambosos is a +600, meaning if you pluck down $100, you will win $450 if the Australian can pull off the upset.

Lopez (16-0, 12 KOs) cemented himself as one of boxing's pound-for-pound best when he controlled and dethroned Vasiliy Lomachenko in October 2020 to become the three-belt lightweight champion.

Kambosos (19-0, 10 KOs) is the IBF mandatory challenger after defeating Lee Selby on Halloween 2020 to earn a crack at Lopez.

Teofimo Lopez vs. George Kambosos prediction

No disrespect to Kambosos but this is Lopez's fight to lose. Unless Lopez loses the sudden urge to continue his quest for history and take on the best from 135-147 pounds then Kambosos doesn't have much of a chance to win.

Look at their resumes. No offense to Selby, Mickey Bey and Richard Pena, they are no where near the stratosphere of Lomachenko, Richard Commey, and Masayoshi Nakatani, who were Lopez's last three opponents.

Lopez said in the buildup that he wants to finish Kambosos in the first round. While ambitious, it isn't out of the realm of possibility. Lopez is the better boxer and possesses the power and speed advantage.

I don't see a path for Kambosos to spring the monumental upset. Unless he catches Lopez napping, it's going to be a quick night at the office and "The Takeover" will continue.

There's no appetizing standard bets, so I'd stay away from those even if you already received a nice holiday bonus from your employer.

Like last week when I picked Terence Crawford winning via stoppage in the last four rounds, I'm going the same route here (except in the first four rounds) for Lopez vs. Kambosos.

There's great value in picking Lopez via knockout in Rounds 1-4 at +400 and Lopez via KO in Round 1 at +2200, Round 2 at +1800, Round 3 at +1400, and Round 4 at +1200.

I'm making a couple of wagers in placing $100 on Lopez by stoppage in Rounds 1-4 and another $50 for the fight-ending via stoppage in rounds one, two, three and four for the reigning champion.

Muehlhausen's pick: Teofimo Lopez

Best odds: Teofimo Lopez via stoppage in Rounds 1-4 at +400.
