The two fighters meet on Saturday.

Terence Crawford is aiming to become a four-weight world champion on Saturday night.

Standing in his way is WBA light middleweight champion Israil Madrimov who will be looking to spring a huge upset live on DAZN

After becoming the undisputed champion at welterweight last year, Crawford was linked to a number of big fights including a rematch with Errol Spence Jr. and even a monumental showdown with Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, the undisputed champion at super middleweight.

Now Crawford will face Madrimov in the main event of a huge card in Los Angeles and when speaking to Chris Mannix on DAZN's Off The Cuff, he explained why he decided to face the world champion from Uzbekistan.

"I believe Madrimov is the number one guy in the division," Crawford said.

"If I’m going to be campaigning at this weight division, I want to fight the best in the division and I feel he’s the best in the division so why not go straight to the best."
